## Key facts
- Price per child: US$19.90 in the US, CA$27.90 in Canada, £15.99 in the UK (prices shown in the visitor’s currency). Each extra child is 20% off.
- Dates: any day the booking calendar shows as open, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Appointment times are shown in the family’s own time zone.
- For children about 2 to 12. A parent books and stays with the child. Santa is an AI character, and parents are told so.
- The call is a live, two-way video conversation with a lifelike AI Santa, not a cartoon, text chat or pre-recorded video: a real-time video avatar (Anam) with natural expressions and lip-sync, and a natural voice and conversation (ElevenLabs). He answers what the child says, in the moment.
- Parents add a first name, pronunciation, interests and permitted wishes to Santa’s notebook; surprise gifts stay private.
- Gifts: anyone can give one child’s Santa call at https://bookasantacall.com/gift-a-santa-call. It is emailed straight to the child’s parent or guardian, who books the time; it doesn’t expire, and an unused gift can be refunded on request.
- Calls are not recorded. Santa’s notebook is deleted 24 hours after the appointment.
