FOR GROWN-UPS

A Christmas toy-building game for little hands

Santa’s Toy Factory is a free Christmas game for children of about 3 to 8. An order rolls in on the conveyor belt, your child drags the parts onto the workbench, paints the toy, wraps it and sends it along the belt to Santa’s sleigh. Each finished toy waits on their own toy shelf.

Parts snap into place when they are close, glowing outlines and a pointing hand show where each one goes, and Pip the elf cheers them on in a few simple words. There is no timer and no way to lose. Older children can try Rush hour: as many toys as they can build in two minutes.

Eight toys to build

A teddy bear, bicycle, skateboard, doll, rocking horse, toy train, robot and bouncy ball, each in 6 to 9 parts.

Play that helps them grow

Dragging parts into place practises fine motor control and shape matching. Build, paint, wrap is an easy sequence to follow.

Works on any device

Phones, tablets such as iPad, laptops and desktops, in a modern browser. Finger, mouse or keyboard. Nothing to install.

Safe and private

No ads, no sign-up and no in-game purchases. Children never type anything, and the toy shelf stays in this browser.

FOR PARENTS

Questions grown-ups ask

Is Santa’s Toy Factory free?

Yes. All eight toys, the painting, the wrapping and Rush hour are free, with no sign-up, no ads and no in-game purchases.

What age is it for?

Children of about 3 to 8. The youngest can tap a part and then tap the workbench, and the part flies into place. There is no timer unless an older child chooses Rush hour.

Does it collect my child’s information?

No. Children never type anything, and nothing about them is sent to us. The toy shelf and the number of toys made are saved only in this browser, on your device; clearing your browsing data removes them. There are no ads, no advertising trackers and no Google Analytics on this page.

Which devices does it work on?

Phones, tablets such as iPad, laptops and desktop computers, in a modern browser. Drag with a finger or a mouse. With a keyboard, press Tab to reach a part, Enter to pick it up, the arrow keys to choose its spot and Enter to put it there.

Is there sound?

Yes: snaps, splats, sleigh bells and a happy fanfare, all made in the browser. Use the speaker button above the workbench to turn sound on or off.

Can my child talk to Santa?

Yes, on a live video call that a grown-up arranges, and you stay nearby during the call. Read how it works and how we keep calls safe.
