A parent is always there
Only adults can book. The call link goes to your email, never your child’s, and you confirm you’ll stay nearby.
Honest with parents
We’re clear that Santa is a real-time AI character, so you decide how to share the magic with your family.
Never recorded
Calls are not recorded. Keepsake recording is not available.
Details erased after
Santa’s notebook is deleted automatically 24 hours after the visit. Erase it sooner with one tap.
Encrypted and private
Video, the notebook and payments travel over encrypted connections, and Santa’s notebook is stored encrypted. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
Built for the big night
Peak bookings are capped, and if a call drops you can rejoin for the time that remains.

What Santa will never do
Santa is trained to stay warm, kind and on topic. If a conversation wanders somewhere it shouldn’t, he gently steers back to Christmas.
