Questions about calling Santa
Can my child really call Santa on Christmas Eve?
Yes. Visits on December 24, 25 and 26 start between 7 AM and 8:50 PM Mountain Time (9 AM to 10:50 PM Eastern, 6 AM to 7:50 PM Pacific), and between 7 AM and 8:50 PM UK time (2 AM to 3:50 PM Eastern). Times are limited, so book early.
Is it a real video call with Santa?
It’s a live video call with a real-time AI Santa. Your child sees Santa and talks with him, and Santa hears and answers in real time. We tell parents up front so you can share the magic your way.
Do I need FaceTime or Zoom?
No. The call opens in your web browser from the link we email you. No app or account needed.
