FOR FAMILIES IN THE UK
A live video call with Father Christmas
Your child talks to Father Christmas out loud on a live video call, and he answers straight away, by name, using only what you add to his notebook. There’s no app and no phone number: the call opens in your web browser at the time you book. £15.99 per child.
How a video call with Father Christmas works
- STEP 1
Book a time
Visits start every ten minutes between 7 AM and 8:50 PM UK time, on every day the calendar shows as open.
- STEP 2
Fill in his notebook
Add their name and how to say it, something they’re proud of, their wishes and their pet. He uses only what you add.
- STEP 3
Join from your email
A quick microphone and speaker check comes first, and a parent stays nearby throughout.
FATHER CHRISTMAS OR SANTA?
Personalised for your child, whatever they call him
Plenty of children in the UK say Father Christmas, and plenty say Santa. He answers happily to either name. He follows your child’s lead, asks one easy question at a time, and leaves time for them to answer.
If they go quiet, he gently offers something to talk about, or one short Christmas story: Rudolph’s missing bell, the elf’s little Christmas tree or Mrs. Claus’s warm mittens.
- What they’re proud of this year
- Christmas wishes
- Their pets
- Rudolph and the reindeer
- The elves and Mrs. Claus

Every visit that starts comes with a printable Nice List certificate and a letter from Father Christmas, made from what you added to his notebook. Free rescheduling until 2 hours before, and a full refund if he can’t connect because of a problem on our side.
Safe for little ones
The call uses your microphone only, and your camera is never turned on. Calls are not recorded, and his notebook is deleted 24 hours after the visit. He never asks for an address, school, contact details, photos or secrets, and he never promises a present. How we keep calls safe →
Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day
All three can be booked in UK time while times are open. Boxing Day is a bank holiday across the UK, so it suits an unhurried chat.
