Book your Santa call
Choose an available date from November 1 through December 31 and a time in your own time zone. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and your confirmation email arrives with your visit link.

Fill in Santa’s notebook
This is what makes the call personal. Tell Santa what your child is proud of this year, what’s on their wish list (and whether he may hint at it), pets, siblings, a nickname, and anything to avoid. You can update the notebook from your dashboard before the visit. We email you a reminder 24 hours and 15 minutes before the visit.

Run the 30-second device check
Check your microphone, speakers and connection on the device you’ll use. Use the guided microphone and speaker check in the call room before joining.

Tap the link and meet Santa
Join from the link in your confirmation email. A quick microphone and speaker check comes first, then Santa’s waiting room opens shortly before your visit. A parent stays nearby throughout.

What happens on a Santa video call, minute by minute
Every call is different because Santa follows your child’s lead — but here’s the shape of a typical 7 minutes.

What you need
- A device with a microphone and speaker — iPhone, Android phone, iPad, tablet, laptop or desktop.
- A modern web browser — Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. No app download.
- A steady internet connection — if FaceTime or Zoom works at home, you’re set.
- A grown-up nearby — you stay in the room for the whole call.
Tips for the most magical call
- Choose a comfortable, quiet place where your child can hear Santa.
- Prop the device up at eye level — no wobbly hands.
- Have a favourite toy nearby for your child to talk about.
- Let your child lead. Santa will follow their questions.
- Film their reaction from behind the screen — you’ll want it later.
THE TECHNOLOGY
What is an AI Santa?
Our Santa is a real-time AI character: a lifelike Santa who hears and speaks with your child live, the way a person would on a video call. He draws only on what you put in Santa’s notebook and is trained to stay gentle, cheerful and child-appropriate.
Each appointment is a separate conversation. The calendar shows available times in your time zone, including the holiday dates we publish.
After the call
Details erased
Santa’s notebook is erased 24 hours after the visit. You can erase it sooner from My visits.
Optional keepsake
Keepsake recording is not enabled. Any future recording option will require separate parent permission.
